TECH MOUNTAIN’S PROCESS

We will review all of the information you have gathered and sent to us. Our designers and developers will discuss the goals or needs of this site and use the materials you sent us to create a few options, allowing you to select the right look for your business.

PROPOSAL

We will write up a “Plan Of Action” (Proposal), which will include a price for the total project and submit it for your approval.

CONTRACT

At this time we will meet, agree upon, and sign a contract. 40% of the final project cost is due at this time. We may also have additional requests for content which will be clearly stated in writing and given to the proper individual for fulfillment.

CHANGES

You may contact us at any time with concerns, questions, and desired changes. We would then revise our original agreement (contract) as needed to reflect the cost of these changes (if any).

FINAL DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION

During this designing process we will stay in touch with you by e-mail or phone. We may require more input from you (textual content, links, photos, etc.). Fulfilling these requests promptly, will keep the design process moving. We will email a view of the initial “SKIN” of your web site with a rough outline of the navigation. Upon approval of this skin, and as soon as all required materials are in our hands, we will finish your site. You will receive a test URL www.yournewwebsite.com, which will allow you to review your site for accuracy. SMALL changes can be made without incurring any additional charges. Upon your approval and payment in full, your site will be posted live at your new URL www.yournewwebsite.com.

MAINTENENCE

Web sites are never completely "FINISHED." That's the great thing about the Internet. Your business is constantly growing and changing, just like your web site. Tech Mountain will guide you every step of the way by helping you build, host, and maintain your website.

1.) Determine the purpose of your website.

2.) Find websites you like…or dislike and determine why.

Save their addresses.

3.) Pull together all the information about your company

that you would like to see incorporated in your site.

Do you have a logo - a color scheme?

4.) What promotional information do you already have for

your business?

5.) Write up all the facts you would like included.

6.) Organize the information into categories and think

about the terminology that you use in your industry

to classify the information. Now think about how the

general consumer might word or classify the same

information. (This will help us when we research and

implement Search Engine Optimization into your web

pages.)

7.) Do you have photos of projects or anything else

related to the business you would like to see in the

completed website? (We are not responsible for the

textual content or images that you supply to us. If

this content is copyright protected, you will be solely

responsible for any legal actions.)

Supplying us with complete and accurate information promptly will help prevent delays in the design process.
